How to enrol
Preschool enrolments are now open for 2026.
Your child can enrol if they will turn 4 years old on or before 31 July 2026. Don’t miss this opportunity to secure a place for your child in preschool next year!
Preschool places are offered following the Department of Education guidelines, with priority given to:
- Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander children
- Children from families experiencing financial hardship or living in disadvantaged areas
- Children who cannot access other early childhood services due to disadvantage or financial difficulties
Following the priority groups listed above, enrolment offers will be made in the following order:
- Children residing within the school’s enrolment zone
- Children living outside the enrolment zone who have siblings currently enroled at the school
- Other children living outside the school’s enrolment zone
Please note that only children who live within the local catchment area are eligible to enrol in Kindergarten at Sadleir Public School. Families living outside the local area must submit an out-of-area application to be considered for a Kindergarten placement.
